Our Mission
The RedTail Project is a pioneering initiative committed to reshaping the future of aviation by providing underrepresented youth with the exposure, skills, and training needed to thrive in the field. Inspired by the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen, we are dedicated to bridging racial disparities within the aviation industry and empowering the next generation.
Project Stages
Stage 1
Students learn about sourcing, budgeting, and contracts.
Stage 2
Hands-on experience assembling a P-51 replica in Poland.
Stage 3
Flight training and outreach events with the completed aircraft.
